Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using TenderCasa you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of the business you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Description of the service
TenderCasa provides an online platform where verified businesses publish tenders, submit sealed bids and record awards. The platform hosts the process; it is not a party to any resulting contract.
Eligibility
The platform is for registered businesses. Participation in tenders requires completing verification, including a valid Commercial Registration and supporting documents.
Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and use the platform only for lawful procurement. Attempting to access sealed bids, another organization's data, or the platform's systems beyond your authorization is prohibited.
Tenders and bids are between businesses
Tenders, bids and awards create relationships between the participating businesses only. TenderCasa acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee performance, quality or payment by either side.
Fees
During the pilot phase, use of the platform is free of charge. Any future fees will be announced in advance.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is" during the pilot. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TenderCasa is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform or from transactions between participants.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of its competent courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be versioned and communicated; continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
